Maternity/Paternity Leave
We strongly believe in supporting our trainees as their families grow. Residents are encouraged to take two weeks of paternity leave and six weeks for maternity leave. Individual plans should be made with the program leadership and can be modified depending on ACGME and ABNS requirements. The WU/BJH GME leave policy can be accessed here.
