WashU Neurosurgery at the 2025 Spine Summit

WashU Neurosurgery made an impact at this year’s summit!

WashU Neurosurgery had a strong representation at the 2025 Spine Summit this past weekend. Dr. Wilson “Zack” Ray, the Chief of our Spine Division, served as the Annual Meeting Chair for the Summit. He is pictured here interviewing one of the Visionary Speakers from the event, Nikki Garcia. Additionally, Dr. Camilo Molina presented his research at the joint spine section.

The Spine Summit brings together spine and peripheral nerve professionals from around the globe to showcase groundbreaking research, innovative techniques, and unparalleled networking opportunities.

We are also incredibly proud of our medical students and postdocs in our spine research labs! Their hard work and dedication earned 7 invited podium presentations at the Spine Summit, as well as the Kuntz Scholars Research Achievement Award! Incredible work, as it showcases their impact on the future of spine care.
