Research focus

Dr. Lazaro is a vascular neurosurgeon and researcher whose work focuses on ischemic neuroprotection and the development of therapeutic strategies for ischemic stroke. His translational research seeks to advance cerebrovascular care through innovative approaches to protecting the brain from ischemic injury and improving outcomes for patients with stroke.
