Stephen Simpson, PA-C, EMT-P

Stephen Simpson is a board-certified Physician Assistant/Associate. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and continued on to receive his Master of Medical Science in Physican Assistant Studies from Saint Louis University. Prior to being a PA, Stephen worked across the state of Missouri as a 911/Critical Care/Flight paramedic. This was where Stephen was initially introduced to neurological injuries, and the severity they can have on someone’s life. After becoming a PA, Stephen went right into working in a variety of ICU’s-Medical, Surgical, Neuro-Trauma, and Cardiothoracic. He has now transitioned into the outpatient setting, where he works to bring exceptional care to patients before and after surgery.  

Stephen currently is seeing patients at Barnes West County and Missouri Baptist Medical Center. 

Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family including: his 2 daughters, wife, and dog. He enjoys being active- running, cycling, hiking, etc
