Research focus
I’m an experienced neuroscientist with a demonstrated history of neural engineering research in preclinical and clinical models. I’ve collaborated with interdisciplinary teams of clinicians, engineers, scientists, and computer scientists to advance neuroprosthetic research with a particular focus on applications for stroke survivors. My recent post-doctoral work has used a variety of preclinical models and my graduate work was in clinical populations allowing me to contribute to the development of novel neuroprosthetic systems across the spectrum of preclinical development to clinical implementation.
